What to include
If you're reporting a bug
- The browser and version you're using (e.g. "Chrome 120 on Windows 11")
- The format you tried to convert (HEIC or HEIF)
- The output format you selected (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, SVG)
- The approximate file size and whether the file came from an iPhone, iPad, or other source
- Whether you got an error message — and what it said
If you're requesting data deletion / GDPR rights
- Tell us which right you're invoking (access, deletion, portability, opt-out, etc.)
- If you've enabled Google Analytics tracking, mention any approximate dates of visits so we can help locate the correct data
- We'll respond within 30 days (the statutory limit), usually faster
Where else to find us
HEIF Converter is the entire product — we don't run a separate blog, Twitter account, or Discord server. The site at heifconverter.com is our only official presence. If you see a "HEIF Converter" account on social media or another platform, it's not us.
